- Visit of the Vineyard; the ancient Palmento still in use; the Cellar and the Barrel room built with lava stone and terracotta bricks handmade locally.
- Wine tasting of 3 wines: 2 white wines (Superiore dell’Etna, and Superiore DOC); 1 Traditional Red Wine of Mt. Etna (Winemaking is carried out in the Palmento)
